***DOCUMENT ATTACHED [redacted] Complaint # [redacted] , This is how the deal was done for the [redacted] ’s I attached the deal screen so you can see how the deal was done The vehicle was sold for $31,175.00.Trade in allowance is $7,060.64.Actual value of trade in is $Rebates are $3,Total cash down was $9466.14.Drive outs ( which is first payment & license ) $524.99.Payment is $month.The [redacted] ’s owed $11,on their trade in which if you take away the $actual cash value of their vehicle they have $in negative equity they are adding to the vehicle they are buyingSo the $they put as down payment paid the negative equity and the balance was the down payment on the new carAnd as you can see by the deal screen we made $on this deal.And at no point did the sales manager tell them they would not be in a negative equity position in their new carThe deal the [redacted] ’s received from Ray Schultens Motors was very fair.Thank you,David L [redacted] GSM

The vehicle was sold for $31,175.00.Trade in allowance is $7,060.64.Actual value of trade in is $4500.00. Rebates are...

$3,650.00. Total cash down was $9466.14.Drive outs ( which is first payment & license ) $524.99.Payment is $299.99 month.The [redacted]’s owed $11,245.87 on their trade in which if you take away the $4500.00 actual cash value of their vehicle they have $6745.87 in negative equity they are adding to the vehicle they are buying. So the $9466.14 they put as down payment paid the negative equity and the balance was the down payment on the new car. And as you can see by the deal screen we made $329.12 on this deal.And at no point did the sales manager tell them they would not be in a negative equity position in their new car. The deal the [redacted]’s received from Ray Schultens Motors was very fair.Thank you,David L[redacted] GSM

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: At no time did we ever have any dealings with Mr. David L[redacted]. We were dealing with Austin and we were told we would never be in this deal "upside down". My husband and I both heard him say that to us sitting in his office. This deal was not fair and the fact that the cars value went down $10,000.00 in 2 months is also not fair and a rip off to a customer. I wonder how many other seniors they have taken advantage of.Sincerely,[redacted]
