Moved my parents back to NY from Florida as you can imagine a very stressful time I have to say though thankfully the movers themselves were wonderful Very professional and courteous Prior to the move any questions I had were answered in a timely matter Our delivery has arrived and everything went well They set up everything and put items where I asked Dwight the driver was very friendly and professional I would recommend this company for any local or long distant move

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for making a very challenging move which arose quickly so much more manageable and less stressful I live in Virginia, and my and year old parents reside in a retirement community in Naples They needed to move out of their independent living apartment and into assisted living I was left with the responsibility to empty out their apartment Ray, the Mover sent two teams of young men, one for the moving of furniture to go to assisted living, and one for the packing and loading of boxes to come back to Virginia All four young men could not have been more kind, helpful, and so respectful of my elderly parents Both teams of men went above and beyond what I would have ever expected From the folks in the office to the teams who come to pack, load, and move, all were so incredibly kind, and customer service is superb Ray, the Mover and their employees ROCK!!! When the time comes, I will call no one but them to help me empty the assisted living residence

We've moved times Yes, we had a good reason each time Ray the Mover from Naples is far and away the finest mover we've ever encountered This move entailed a 4-month storage, a two part move (part to the daughter early - part to us later), and everything, from packing and loading, delivery, and yes even the bill, was just plain great On time, under estimate, and gracious and neat the entire time Doesn't get any better They even found a plate in a returned wardrobe and sent it to us at no charge That's classy and very professional You won't go wrong with these folks They're the best

Her thank you note about the sofa cleaning prompted me to write this note of thanks to you for the spectacular work your two moving crews did for us. We had to be moved out of our home in early August because our house was flooded. We were moved back in in early November.
 
The entire experience was very stressful but the care both crews took in safeguarding everything they touched on the out and back in moves was truly a relief instead of a stress.
 
We had Raul, Juan and Aldolpho on the out move and Eric, Juan and Joe on the back in move. Apologies for any misspellings. We can't say enough about each of them. They are fine people, extraordinary workers and a pleasure to have helping us during such a difficult time. Congratulations on having such great and dedicated long term employees which, of course, is key to your company's success.
 
I remember telling Juan that the packing was so perfect that the boxes could have fallen off the truck and not been damaged. The care everyone showed going out and returning was a pleasure to watch and a great relief to us knowing we were in such good hands.
