I've tried contacting this business about an order placed a little over a month ago via the provided contact information on the website to no avail, there has been no response to e-mails sent weeks ago and the phone number has an automated host to answer calls, asks for an extension (which isn't given on the website) and times out to voice mail, even during business hours and making numerous calls during this time period no live person answers calls
This kind of lack in communication from a business to it's paying customers is very unprofessional and the person running this service needs to address this issue and it seems I'm not the only person who is experiencing this
The "business" has online forums containing similar complaints from customers dating back to last year, and here is yet another to pile on top of the others that seemingly have yet to be rectified
