The owner had full access to see the vehicle whenever he chose and we had notified him every time we had an issueEvery time he came by to see the vehicle, he always wanted something different to be doneOften requiring more work, more parts, and more paintOften redoing something that has already been completedThe *** is lifted with over sized wheels and suspension, therefor all the sheet metal parts will be out of line and the gaps will be different.As we worked on the vehicle we kept finding things that were broken, rusted, or could not be repairedTherefor we would have to stop work and contact him and wait for him to tell us what to do nextOne of his doors was too badly damaged to be repaired we couldn't find a OEM door to replace itSo an after market door had to be purchasedAfter market products ARE NOT at original OEM specs so both doors had to be after market replacements so they would matchThe original invoice total was $11,We gave the customer an *** *** discount, equals Balance due $10,On 11/12/the customer paid $5,000, on 12/04/the customer paid $4,equaling balance due $9,Leaving of $1,balance due.I hope this helps you and your inquiry please feel free to contact us we will like to resolve this in a timely manner.
