TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: THIS IS IN REGARDS TO THE ABOVE COMPLAINTWE DID PURCHASE A USED MOTOR TO PUT IN THIS VEHICLESHE WAS FULLY AWARE IT WAS A USED MOTOR AND SHE WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HALF OF THE COST OF MOTOR, OIL FILTER ,OIL AND ANTIFREEZE AND SHE AGREED TO PAY $EXTRA A MONTH TOWARD THIS WORK BILLSHE WAS NOT CHARGED A TOW BILL OF $IT WAS $AND N/C FOR TOW OR LABOR ON THIS COPY ENCLOSED OF WORK BILLTHE MOTOR WAS $1,AND THE OIL, FILTER AND ANTIFREEZE WAS $FOR A TOTAL OF $1,AND HALF WOULD BE $I'M OUT THE $FOR TOW WHICH IF SHE WOULD HAVE LEFT VEHICLE ON 9-21-WHEN SHE FIRST COMPLAINED BUT REFUSED TO DO AND KEEP DRIVING VEHICLE TIL IT QUIT RUNNING PERIOD IT MAY NOT HAVE EVEN NEEDED A MOTOR BUT NO SHE REFUSED TO DO SO I'M OUT $FOR TOW $IN LABOR PLUS THE HALF OF MOTOR AND ETC$FOR A TOTAL OF $1,NOT INCLUDING HER HALF OF $THAT SHE HASN'T EVEN MADE THE PAYMENT OF $TOWARD HER HALF OF THE BILLSHE WAS WAY OUT OF WARRANTY WHICH SHE SIGNED WHEN SHE PURCHASED THE VEHCILE ON 7-22-WHICH WAS A DAY OR MILE WHICHEVER COMES FIRSTSHE FIRST COMPLAINED ON 9-21-AND THE MILES AT THAT TIME WAS IT HAD BEEN DRIVEN 3,MILES SINCE PURCHASED AND THEN SHE PUT ANOTHER MILES ON IT AFTER THAT SO A TOTAL OF 3,MILES DRIVENSHE HAS BEEN DRIVING THIS VEHICLE EVERY DAY SINCE WE PUT THE USED MOTOR IN SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT PARTS WE LEFT OFF SHE IS COMPLAINING ABOUTWE HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES FOR HER TO BRING THE VEHICLE IN SO WE CAN CHECK IT OUTBUT SHE REFUSES TO BRING IT IN SO THIS TELLS ME THERE COULDN'T BE NOTHING WRONG OR SHE COULDN'T BE DRIVING IT DAILY AND SHE WOULD DIFFENENTLY BRING IT IN TO BE CHECKED BEING IT WAS PICKED UP ON 11-2-17, I CAN'T CHECK IT OUT OR EVEN WORK ON THE PROBLEM IF SHE REFUSES TO BRING IT IN TO DO SOI FEEL LIKE I HAVE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP HERSHE HAS DONE NOTHING BUT LIE ABOUT EVERYTHINGWE HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR HER TO BRING IT BACK IN AND SHE STILL REFUSES AND I DON'T FEEL I SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG AND SHE KEEPS DRIVING AND DOESN'T LET ME CHECK IT OUT AND SHE DOES MORE DAMAGE TO IT CAUSE I CAN'T MAKE HER BRING IT INIF I CAN BE OF ANY FUTHER ASSISTANCE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME, THANKING YOU IN ADVANCERAY'S AUTO MART INC

rays auto claims that the price of my car was not the price states in the contract 11995yes I have driven it miles but I have to to oil in the car to put in when its low which is almost daily they tracked it to *** *** *** ** I have to go there to work so yes I drive it there but im not sure if it will make it there or not the motor is ratteling which it was doing the day ni bought it and when I ask anout it I was told that was nothing to worry about yes u did complain when I made the first payment but tthey where rude and said they couldnt fix it it which was on 8/17/i could not bring the car in before that because I had to be with my daughter bacause she was pregnet and had to have someone with her at all tines and when she had the baby she still had to have someone with her at all times so I couldnt take the car in before that and when I explained that to them they said it was a little over miles they could not fix it but one of the mechanics came out and he did put freeon in the ac but like I told him it only lasted about days we had alreadt tried that times the brakes I bought and replaced my self brcause I was afraid to drive like that the second payment I made I complained again but it didnt do no good then a xall and talked to someone else I told them it was junk they ask why I though it was junk I told the because I couldnt keep oil in it he told me to bring it in the mechenics looked at it and said the motor was wore out that rattle was the chain the car was repossed before I got it and had a oil leak and was run dry if oil thats what messed the motor up the told me to put pb blaster in the window its over miles from where I live to their lot I told them that the first time I complained and they said it was a little over the mioles

To Whom It May Concern:In reference to *** *** *** she did purchase a Chevrolet Equinox from Ray's Auto Mart on 07-22-for the price of $*** *** was a repeat customer and traded in her previous vehicle being a Chevy HHR and was allowed $on trade and she
had a $cash and the remaining amount was financed for ng*** *** *** claims she gave $12,for the purchase price of the vehicle which is entirely and can be seen in exhibit which also contains the signature of *** ***ng.I will address each complaint of *** *** in the same order as her letter to the Revdex.com*** *** complains the motor in the vehicle is no good, but since the time of purchase she has driven the vehicle a total of 3,miles and this was on 09-21-and according to GPS monitoring the vehicle has still been in use dailyI will attach exhibit which is GPS heartbeats which are delivered every hours and this shows the vehicle is still being used, even though *** *** claims the motor isn't any good and she can't keep oil in itThe A/C did work in the vehicle at time of purchase and until receipt of this letter from the Revdex.com it has never been mentionedNow comes the back up camera, Rays Auto Mart has no conformation the vehicle is equipped with such a feature and further does not warranty such factory featuresThe windows worked at the time of sale and up until receipt of the letter from Revdex.com was never mentioned*** *** complains of faulty brakes but however the vehicle was inspected by a certified WV inspection station and received a brand new inspection sticker the day of the sale being 07-22-Exhibit will be attached being a receipt of the transactionOnce again Ray's Auto Mart has no knowledge of a remote start feature and doesn't warranty such factory features.Now with that all being said, *** *** came in on 08-17-and paid her first payment and never complained about anything or any issues with the vehicleOn 09-14-*** *** made her 2nd payment and once again nothing was said about the vehicle or any issuesOn 09-21-*** *** came to Ray's Auto Mart and complained the vehicle was using quarts of oil every few daysWith this mass amount of alleged oil consumption the vehicle was immediately placed on a vehicle lift and inspected for leaks or a busted oil pan, something of that nature and nothing could be locatedAlso at this time the exhaust was inspected for oily residue and nothing could be found, our staff felt with that amount of oil usage there should be evidenceThis concluded if in fact the engine was consuming quarts of oil in a hour period it had to be an internal engine problem*** *** was told she was way out of warranty but once speaking to the owner (*** ***) she would help her in anyway she could possible*** *** called back on 09-24-and was advised that if the vehicle did indeed need a motor, Ray's Auto Mart would assist in locating and installation of the engine and would abide by the warranty guidelinesCustomer Buys The Parts and Rays Covers the Labor Costs even though she was out of warranty by time and mileage*** *** hung up and Ray's has had no correspondence with her until the receipt of this letter from the Revdex.comBy the date of her complaint to the Revdex.com she had already made the complaint before 09-24-17.We have been in business since and sold 1000's of vehicles and its been our experience that when customers have issues they complain when they make their payments and *** *** never complained her first paymentsFurthermore all the items she complains except the engine are not covered under our warranty guidelines and she signed this document refer to exhibit However Ray's Auto Mart has always tried to fix issues and accomadate customers with electrical issues, a/c issues etc, we have always went above and beyond for our customers within reasonOnce vehicles leave our lot we have no ideal to the care or maintence of our vehiclesIts unknown if the vehicle had a scheduled oil change in those 3,miles or if the correct oil was used etcBut what is known by GPS tracking the vehicle is driven daily and most likely has another 300-miles on it since 09-21-when the last mileage was obtained from the vehicle.I hope this letter further explains Ray's Autos Parts stance in the matter
