special ordered to what they had chosenThe SKU # was also written on the original invoice which they had a copyWhen we delivered on 3/16/she said it wasn't the sofa they they ordered so I asked Mr*** if this is not what he want for any reason, I'll take back and I don't have to set it up then Mr*** said, "NO I ORDERED THISTHIS IS MINE NOT HERSDON"T WORRY ABOUT ITPLEASE SET IT UP FOR ME." We have been in the furniture business for a long time so we treat our customers with respect and trustforthyWe sell and deliver the exact product that our customers orderedWe do not risk our long time reputation over a few hundred dollarsIn addition, Our T&Cs on the bottom of every invoice also indicate 1) No Cancellation on Special Order; 2) All Sales are Final - No RefundsI could send proof of purchase including a signed invoice, picture of the sofa from the catalog and/or any additional information you might need to resolve thisPlease do not hesitate to contact me with any questionsThank you for your time! *** ***n Store Manager
