Raya Clinic

Review: I set an appointment with the Raya Clinic, to have an adjustment done to my back. I had been in pain for several days and was told over the phone that they would be able to help me with the matter.I showed up 5 min early to my 4pm appointment, filled out all paperwork, and waited until 430 to be seen. I was then placed in a exam room to watch a video, and was told the when the video ended that I would be seen by a doctor. After waiting roughly ten minutes a "doctor" came in and asked me a series of questions, most of which I had answered in the paperwork. After this he said someone would come in and explain the fees (I have health insurance and was not expecting any fees). I agreed to the lesser expensive option I was given considering I have to pay for this completely out of pocket. I was given a robe and told to change into that, I then waited for another doctor to come in. The doctor came in and said she was going to perform scans of my back and to some x-rays. After going through the entire process, I was told I had to come back the following week for another evaluation with the owner of the clinic. I paid half of my bill ($100) and am stated to pay the rest when I return. I called the facility today and asked about fees for the next appointment. I feel there should not be an additional charge because I did not receive any treatment on my first visit, and refuse to pay more money to this company so they can keep stringing me along. They told me flat out I had a 1200 deductible on my health insurance and that they needed to get to that amount. This place gave me absolutely nothing for my money and I want it back. If its not resolved I will dispute the payment with my bank and take legal action.Desired Settlement: I want my $100.00 refunded so I can go to an office that will actually help me and not keep bringing me back week after week so they can rack up bills against me.
