Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. [I am rejecting this response as it is not in line with the agreement.  Rayburn is trying to change the rules of the agreement.  I am not responsible for any payment over the summer as the summer is FREE with a 10 month rental.  I would like to resolve this quickly and amicably.  Thank you. If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.Regards,

Good Afternoon! In regards to this customer- [redacted], we have sent many emails to her regarding her account. In these emails, starting from May, we have indicated the renewal process and what would happen to their account if they do not plan to renew before July 1st. It is under our contract...

agreement, that she signed, that if the customer does not renew their School Year Lease before July 1st, their account will automatically convert to a monthly rental for the instrument and they are responsible for those charges until instrument is returned. The contract she signed has not changed since she became our customer back in 2013. On July 1st, we do give customers a 10-day buffer to renew their contract, so customers are still not charged on the first month right away, in the hopes that they would call us to tell us what they want to do with our instrument moving forward.  If the customer follows our renewal process and does it BEFORE July 1st, the month of July and August is considered “free”. Any renewal AFTER July 1st, would include the payment of July + School Year Lease – the month of August will then be considered “free”. She did not contact us back until August 1 – that is past another due date, so she will be responsible for the month of August and July PLUS School Year Lease if she wanted to renew her contract.   In regards to her upright bass. We also told her the availability level for those instruments, as they are rare. She was informed that and chose to wait while under a monthly rental payment. We recommended that she returned the instrument to avoid such charges. She only proceeded to take action until after her next due date (August 1). Hope that clarifies things,[redacted] Hope that helps! Best, [redacted]
