for a year burn cluth on itsaid could not fix put new part to repair couldnt get car to go. ask for my help. took sabb back not running. he looked at 06 pont and bmw told could afford to put in a repo car that I had he looked at pontiac ask my about car gave him keys told him to go drive. came said car was running hot . told him well you look at somthing else . only other car I had was bmw. he tooked to oreilys auto parts for code ck said was showing some codes but ran good never did complaint about anything else.told those repo.s where for cash only. he said he really needed my help. so I gave in because I know his dad. told him make sure you ck out car good because one they leave my lot .there your responsablity. he went drove a 2nd time said that he would take it. sold bmw 3995 400 down to cover tow on saab and t nt l on bmw pay off on sabb was 3160 gave him 3200. basically a even trade only trade was not running . when he left started to rain hard. he called me ran onto a van said brake gave out.told you never said anything about brakes he stayed quiet. he was at a lt behind van when van slowed down to pull into valero station he was to close and hit van. bmw was damage in front and towed to pound . told him why didnt have towed to lot said he couldnt.I talked to his dad and he told me jos is a lier not to believe anything he says. I dont laugh at my customers and all my employee talk good english. there is only me and my porter that day. a his sister accendently stated he was texting his mother that he got a car and was on his way home when he hit van. his mother has a durango that was up for repo that she purchase july of 2015 and still has. was paid off june 2017. this deal. I still have his saab he can have back for $1800.00 cash.
