I seriously would NOT consider this firm to do business with. After paying them over $2000 for some preliminary work, I chose to wait little in order to further evaluate and find a builder.
I contacted them in mid December to finish the work, *** told me that her family is ill and would contact me in early January.
Today she sent me an email that she is extremely busy and not able to finish the work.
At this point, after paying her over $2000 I have to find a new designer and start all over again.
This is very unfortunate and unprofessional
Refund Refund the money, in order to start over again by hiring another designer or an architect to remodel my house. I have lost valuable time.

I am very sorry for your stress. Raye design never had the intension of causing you any unnecessary worry. As I stated in my previous email to you...we are happy to share our current drawing files/CAD drawings with who ever you choose to proceed with regarding your renovation. There are many changes and structural issues that you would like addressed. During your break to recap your plans our schedule filled so much that we were unable to take on any further work with you at this time. We did not have a written contract with you and delivered on any and all plans that you asked of us at the time of hire. Reviewing past invoices I show a paid invoice of from you for $1,250.00... not seeing where the remaining money you are stating was paid? That being said, I am very sorry again that you feel as though we did not follow through. Best of luck with your renovation and all the best!
