Rayfarm services did not deliver on services agreed upon.
We hired the following company to install flooring and paint the interior of our home. They guaranteed the work would be completed in one week but upon removing texture from three of our walls they discovered wall paper beneath the paint. We all understood this was a problem and extended the scope an extra week. It was then, that we realized they understood very little about the process of painting. Instead of removing the wallpaper with water they began sanding it leaving our home with 3? of dust. Our walls were basically destroyed by the end of week #2. At this point we spoke to the owner and expressed that we needed to move the project along since our furniture would be arriving by the end of week #3. Upon inspection of the other walls we realized he had not caulked any of the trims nor had he sanded down any of the imperfections we asked him to fix. He then proceeded to rush the job by both priming and painting our walls on the same day. We were left with running paint down one our walls. Throughout the whole project 4 to 5 people would show up but only 2, and at times one, person would actually work. Furthermore,
We spoke with him several times about the mess they were creating in our home which included old food, cigarettes, and empty drinks in our home and garage. The owner would bring his wife, daughter, and kids to our home which made us uncomfortable since we have a pool in our property and we were not home at times. The owner asked for several advanced payments which I conceded because he claimed to be a navy vet, as I am. This was my biggest mistake because when my wife spoke to him about the timeline he got very upset, yelled at her, and walked out of the project leaving our home a complete disaster. We were left with a dripping wall, gaps all around the trim, 3? of dust, and paint on our very expensive wood floors.
