On June 6th, 2015 Mr. [redacted] came into Raymond Chevrolet and gave a commitment to lease a 2015 [redacted] for a $268 payment. To achieve this payment Mr. [redacted] would have...

to have scored the highest credit score through indpentant credit agencies.l with the two leasing companies. After several hours, Mr. [redacted] decided not to lease the [redacted] due to the fact that he could not afford his car payment and insurance.
On June 9th 2015 Mr. [redacted] was back in contact with [redacted] and gave us another commitment to lease the [redacted] if we could match or beat a completive dealer's price. We explained that we would see if we could get an exception from the lender to see if we could get his lease approved as we had his signed credit app and all of his documents locked in our files. We were able to get Mr. [redacted]'s credit approved through multiple banks to match his completive offer. Then to our surprise, Mr. [redacted] called and was upset that we sent his loan for approval. Raymond Chevrolet apologies for any inconvenience that this caused Mr. [redacted] while trying to get his lease approved for him. The only way they can help is to remove all the unauthorized inquiries off of my credit reports. I did not authorize Them to pull my credit yet again after the first day I was in there. The inquiries are on multiple reports.

his situation his check was put through a check guarantee company and automatically deposited. Since then Raymond Chevrolet refunded his $ 2000.00 dollar deposit so he could place it on a credit card as he had requested. We strive for world class customer service and apologize for any mix up with his check deposit date. Mr. [redacted] is happy with the quick response for handling his check problem, and we look forward to helping him with all of his automotive needs in the future.

Salesperson [redacted] provided outstanding customer care by resolving my issue quickly and pain free. My only regret is that I didn't give her more time to provide help before filing a complaint. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family and go back to her for any future car needs I have.

Spoke with [redacted] and she is going to bring the vehicle in for evaluation on the issues to rectify the situation.

Raymond Chevrolet is committed to customer Service.  We would like to extend the following options to Mr. [redacted] to resolve his concerns.  Option one would be a full refund as requested in the amount of $529.63 with no further consideration requested.  Any active warranty on GM parts...

I am rejecting this response because: RAYMOND CHEVROLET IS NOT COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICERaymond Chevrolet’s response to refund under their  “Option One”  or  “Option Two” plan for the Unauthorized Removal of my property, my functioning Reductant Pump with Heater #3 is outrageous.The refund offer is REJECTED because of the extensive harm that has been done due to Raymond Chevrolet’s shucking, jiving, shiver me timbers, lying about the following:BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS (815 ILCS 306/) Automotive Repair Act.  (An Act in Illinois)   (815 ILCS 306/80)      Sec. 80. Unlawful acts or practices. Each of the following acts or practices is unlawful when committed by a motor vehicle repair facility:    (6) Charging a consumer for unnecessary repairs. Forpurposes of this paragraph, “unnecessary repairs” means those repairs for which there is no reasonable basis for performing the service.-And-   (7) Misrepresenting the terms of a warranty,    guarantee, or service agreement.-And-    (9) Failing to honor a warranty, guarantee, or    service agreement to which the motor vehicle repair facility is a party.-And-    (10) Charging or receiving payment for repairs not    authorized by the consumer under Section 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, or 60.  (815 ILCS 306/85)     Sec. 85. Violations. Whenever an automotive repair facility is knowingly engaged in or has knowingly engaged in a persistent practice or pattern of conduct at a single location that violates this Act, that knowing, persistent practice or pattern of conduct shall be deemed an unlawful act or practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. In the case of such a knowing, persistent practice or pattern of conduct, all remedies, penalties, and authority available to the Attorney General and the several State’s Attorneys under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act for the enforcement of that Act shall be available for the enforcement of this Act.Any serial or repeated violators of  BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS (815 ILCS 306/) Automotive Repair Act.  (An Act in Illinois)   shall be Exposed in the Market Place and then, Judged in the Market Place .....  see you there.
