Review: In May of 2010 Conniff [redacted] a Licensed and Insured company contracted to do Roof work on my trailer for $1400. This included cleaning and repair of leak issues, clean entire roof surface and to apply two (2) coats of [redacted] ultra elastomeric roof coating. We accepted and he did the work. Two week later he had to come and repair the roof due to a new leak. I have developed numerous leaks since then and when I tried to contact him he never returned any calls and then I heard from his wife (who I work with) that he went out of business because he got a job on the railroad. She says he does continue to do it on the side and so I began emailing or speaking to her about just having him look at it and it was always the same"when he gets done with this big job", "when he has a free weekend" then she started to avid me and I continued to call his business line. On May, 2004 I sent him a letter by mail and have heard nothing. I continue to develop leaks and now will probable have to replace my roof due to this. I never said he did a bad job but continually ask about the product, that maybe it was bad. The product has a warranty of lasting at least 10 years. I am just trying to fix the damage. I am 64 years old, work full time but I am looking for some relief to the cost of his work so I can apply that to the cost of a new roof. I have had someone look at the roof and they state it is bubbling in spots, there are cracks along the edges where water is getting in and when he came to repair the first leak he did so with tar.Desired Settlement: If he was a proper businessman he would show common courtesy of complying with calls or complaints for the people who give him jobs. I thought he would take extra care because I worked with his wife and would not embarrass her with shoddy work. I have really tried all avenues to get his attention but he chose to ignore my complaints and I paid him for work that I thought was acceptable. I have asked him for an invoice from the company where he bought the product he used but have not heard one word.
