They didn't keep our payments the sameThey also added on some warranty and the manager was more concerned about getting this complaint off the Revdex.comHe didn't even apologize! Me and my husband are still unsatisfied! This should not been happening Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 17, 2015/08/24) */ Mr [redacted] 's payoff was sent to Toyota Financial Services on August 18, It was applied to Mr [redacted] 's account on August 21, for his Chevrolet Impala which was traded in on July 30, (Friday)According to Toyota Financial Mr [redacted] 's payment was due on August 3, (Monday)Mr [redacted] traded in his vehicle to Raymond Chevrolet/Kia one business day prior to his payment being dueIt is common practice for Raymond Chevrolet/Kia to attain a day payoff with a per diem from any lien holder on a vehicle that has been traded-inThis will allow processing time for both the dealer and lien holderRaymond Chevrolet/Kia spoke to Toyota Financial on August 24, (Today) and we were told that Mr [redacted] 's account is paid in full and in good standingToyota Financial confirmed that Mr [redacted] will not and was not going to be reported as late to any credit agencies as long as payment was received by September 3rd, (Days) which it wasRaymond Chevrolet/Kia apologizes for any inconvenience and as always we are here for Mr [redacted] Thank you

We called Mr [redacted] , and we discussed the fact that he has owned the vehicle for over months and put over miles on vehicle , and we as Raymond Chevrolet Kia would like to help the customer , we agreed to fix the vehicle and Mr [redacted] agreed to pay $and we would take care of the balanceMr [redacted] said if we would do this he would be completely satisfied , he asked if he could pick up his car on Friday and we agreed he could keep the furnished loaner car until then , and pick his car up at that timeif Mr [redacted] would have any other concerns please call [redacted] Service Director Raymond Chevrolet Kia [redacted]

8/4/15 to go over the complaint she had with Raymond Kia in reguards to the $400.00 down payment on the vehicle. I corrected the issue by refunded the $400.00 back to [redacted] and keeping her payments the same. I talked to [redacted] and went over the terms and payments with her to make sure everything was fine and clarified. [redacted] stated she was satisfied with the resolution.
