On Friday 3/13/26 I called Cris to set up appt. To view and test drive it. That was set up for 10am Sat, 3/14/26.
On Sat morning Cris called me to confirm the appt. Yes we will be there at 10am.
We arrived at 10am, Cris met us at the door. We went to his little office area and he started with his jabber jawing, ( as dealers did in the past). Chris had the car brought around we looked at it outside then went for a drive. Then back to the office. More jabber jawing and We found out that Kia’s do not have spare tires,Jack, or lug wrenches, not even a tow hook to pull it onto a flat bed tow truck. Just a jar of tire sealant and a pump. WTF!?!?! This pissed me off and nobody stated this to us until after the fact.
Long Story Short—-Aprox 2-2:30 pm finally we’re going to see finance mgr. He’s was with another customer , and my wife got railroaded int the undercoat guys office. This clown was a super fast talker , stating Kia’s are not protected from UV rays , and water based paint is not good (clown is a Conman for sure! Almost had her sold on another $995 ripoff, I told her not needed. I did research his false info, Kia’s are clear coated at factory , undercoated where needed also research the company he was pushing Zurich Paint Protection. Turns out that this place charges anywhere from $1000– $2500 for a product that only costa $50. !
Finally saw the finance guy and actually left the building at5pm. Took the Kia home and into the garage it went.
We were heading out of state on the 19th and got back on the 24th. The next day or so I was in the garage, checking things out on the Kia. I noticed the roof antenna (sharkfin) was hit from the back ( white marks on back) pushed forward and a bit to the left.. only way this could happen was a low garage door. I know for a fact that we did not do this and thought to myself, maybe this is in the pics I took at the dealer on the 12th, Sure enough there it was and also the floor mats. Car was advertised with carpeted floor mats . Funny the all weather mats are installed but the carpeted marina art missing.. My wife Paid for those and they kept them. Another point was the vehicle had a 165 point Certified Inspection Several times and probably washed several times but nobody noticed the antenna and roof damage ! This Kia has been for sale at Raymond Kia, Antioch, IL since January 2026. I believe Someone knows about all of this ,staff, porters, mgmt, and did not disclose the information .Kia at their expense should repair the roof and replace the mats they stole from the car .

They didn't keep our payments the same. They also added on some warranty and the manager was more concerned about getting this complaint off the Revdex.com. He didn't even apologize! Me and my husband are still unsatisfied! They gave us $400 back but also weren't very friendly and also stated we had to have a gps installed but never was that stated the first time before they knew I filed a complaint.

So we had traded in a vehicle and they were supposed to pay the remainder of that loan off. We have received a bill in the mail from the bank we had for the Chevy Impala and it was never paid off and is showing late for out August payment when we have had this van that we purchased from Raymond Kia. I am very unsatisifed! This should not been happening.
