contacted me from a service called Houzz. He gave me a bid for a kitchen, foyer, hallway and bathroom floor remodel/installation as well as installing a entry door that leads to my garage. I paid *** $1125.00 and he started the work. By day 2 things didnt seem to be going well to me. I notice he was doing things with the floor that I didnt believe should be done so I asked many of questions and he gave answers but yet it seemed as though he wanted to take short cuts with the job. He damaged my cabinets and put holes in my walls when taking up baseboards. On day 3 I decided I didnt want his services anymore. He already had started to install my door on day one but didnt finish. I asked if he can just complete the door installation and he said he would. He never showed back up nor responded to my text messages or answered any calls from me. I begged him through texts to finish my door installation and I never heard back from him. Because I paid with a cashiers check and he cashed the check on day one, my bank couldn't assist with this issue because the check had been cashed already. My floors and door were left undone. My cabinets have numerous nicks and paint is missing in multiple spots. My walls along where the baseboards where at has many holes. I have materials that may not be able to be returned. He really got over on me. All I want is my door repaired and finished being installed or $600 of my money back.
