This company didn't not take the time to talk with me about the issue that I was having with my vehicle They did write down my thoughts for their records Without knowing exactly what I wanted, they diagnosed and recommended a coarse of action They made me believe that once the service was done that the issue would be fixed I had a suspicion that it wasn't going to be fixed as to what I wanted $and I still have the same issue with no results I had to pay in order to get my car back Do not take your vehicle to this company They will take your money and not fix your problem They will fix what they think is wrong, without listening to you
Worst service I have ever had from a repair shopAfter nearly weeks and $spent (another $on tires on their recommendation), one of the main problems not only still exists it is worse and there are new problems now that were not present beforeMy autopark (parking brake system) that worked before I took my motor home there now does not holdI have a roof vent now damaged that will allow water to leak in the ceiling and parts missing off of the rear wheels for the valve stem hose extensionI drove home with my wife following me and she noticed something not right about the rear passenger side dual wheelsUpon inspection, we found the inner tire completely flatThe tire hold pressure so it was clearly not aired up during the work performedWhen I confronted management about these issues over the phone the next morning, I was lied to and told that everything was put back as it wasAt this point, I have little faith that the work I paid for was actually doneI feel like I have been lied to when I bring up issues and there are parts now missing and damage done that they refuse to acknowledgeThey clearly do not understand the dynamics of motor home chassis as all of my tires were over inflated according to the manufactures placard and the tire manufactures inflation load chart
