Review: I went into Raymonds transmission with transmission issues-

He stated he rebuilt the transmission-

I was having problems with transmission as soon as I picked it up within 2 days -

He provided a 6 month warranty-

I paid over 1500.00 1998 Mazda 626 for this service-

He kepted avoiding my calls everytime I called to take it back in for continued repairs -

I believe he never rebuilt transmission-

since the service I have had to take it back more than 3 times

I paid additional money for repairs

If he would've fixed it correctly the first time, I would not be filing a complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like the repairs completed or a complete refund to have services rendered at a more reliable service shop.

Customer called me before bringing me the car and told me she was on her way to bear mountain in car and it started to act up and didn't want to move and I asked her was the car driving fine before the trip she replied and said no a couple of times the overdrive light flashed. I said u should of brought it in to check it out it could of been a solenoid or something electrical and I could of probably save the transmission. she said she taught it was nothing so then she kept driving it and it broke down and had the vehicle towed down here on Friday night I think not to sure and brought me the key later or the next day. When I checked out the vehicle it had 4 codes and 2 of them where for the transmission. The transmission codes indicated that the torque converter had failed so I called her up and explained to her that the torque converter had failed and because her warranty was over on april ** 2014 I would have to charge her 500.00 to repl ace the torque converter and go thru the transmission and give her warranty. she started ranting and raving that she had to many bills because her son is in college and that she is a [redacted]r. I explained to her that she brought the vehicle in on august twenty some thing and the warranty was for 6 month and it was over in april and I charged her 1000.00 in October and I was charging her half the amount that she paid the first time and was going to her a new warranty I was willing to work something out with her but she appeared in my business very [redacted] off

Business score speaks for itself. The indicator was incorrect- attached please find receipts ! on many occasions I contacted Raymonds transmission for services after he supposedly rebuilt a transmission he avoided to service vehicle before warranty expired he avoided service calls-New repair shop advised if the proper service was performed (rebuilt transmission ) I wouldn't be having transmission issues. Conclusion- Raymonds transmission never rebuilt my

transmission!
