NOBODY came to my house on the 13th. I spoke to a supervisor on the phone in Syracuse, NY who promised me that they would replace the chair on the 28th but I would like to keep the case open until it resolves, I do not have enough confidence to close it.

I did not accept the offer. I said I would go to the showroom and look. I did and talked to Carmen the Sales Manager. I looked at other furniture and I regret that I must refuse this offer. When I purchased the furniture it was on sale and I got a discount too. I believe they are offering me around $1800.00.  I would have to pay full price on another set so I would have to select a set of lower quality set to stay in the $1800.00 range. So technically I would be buying something 30% lower quality.  So my ONLY option is for Raymour & Flanigan to replace my complete bedroom set I have now with same new so the stains match too. No broken tracks/draws/frames/scratched/holes.

However we did try contacting our local showroom and asked about scheduling an appointment and we were told they did not have anything on file about a re-selection. I will call again soon to see if we can go in and meet with the manager.I thank you all for your help as we felt there was many attempts on our part to speak to a Supervisor to resolve the issue but never received a return phone call. Hello,  Attached are copies of the recurring payments , both set up March 16, 2016 at  9:09pm. Since the collector ID is WEBSVC this indicates the customer set these up themselves over the internet. Additionally they were done at 9:09pm and no one would have been here to set these up...

One of the 2 schedules set up by this customer was disabled 4/8/16, at which time the collector handling the issue either did not catch the 2nd schedule or misunderstood that both were in error. The second recurring schedule was disabled 7/19/16. A refund was done through speedpay today for the $50 payment and the $`1.95 fee, confirmation number 1645141. Also attached are copies of the emails and an account history.Thank you,

My girlfriend and I both asked the salesman multiple times if the box springs were included for free with the mattress.  The salesman stated multiple times that the box springs were in fact free.  It wasn't until we got home & looked at the sales slip that we noticed the mattress was $930 and the box springs were $315.  This is misrepresentation and is not right.  I want this corrected immediately or I will go beyond this to wherever need be to get it corrected.  Raymour & Flanigan is not right in this instance!

After contacting the Bronx, NY show room about my re-select as well as the platinum protection service, I reject the response when I found out that I am subject to a $60 delivery fee. Since Raymour could not repair the original chest, I do not feel like I should have to pay delivery yet again for essentially what amounts to an (somewhat) even exchange. Once again Raymour plays "pass the buck" where the showroom says they cannot waive delivery and platinum protection says its up to showroom discretion. This customer service experience has been harrowing to say the least. I will definitely  look elsewhere for my future furniture needs.

Hello. The last time we spoke to this customer regarding her recliners was in 2015. the recliners are outside any warranty. We can offer a service at a $75 fee to make any necessary repairs. We are not able to offer another resolution. Thank you
