Review: Unsolicited call, even though my number is on the "Do Not Call Registry", to test water when I have not done business with this company.Desired Settlement: Do not call!

Review: I am on the Do Not Call list. This business calls my home number regularly trying to sell some service I neither want nor asked for. When I called back to tell them (again) to not call me and to comply with Federal law, I was told by "[redacted]" that she's "sorry I didn't have a happy Thanksgiving" and she hung up on me. Scammers!!!!

Review: Received a marketing call from Rayne Environmental on Thursday, February 13th despite our phone number being listed on the National Do Not Call registry for over four months. Additionally, the marketing call was a recorded message, expressly forbidden by the [redacted]. Phone numbers listed on the Do Not Call registry can only be called by political or charitable organizations, telephone surveys, or from companies with which I have a business relationship or have done business with in the past few months or a business I have given express written permission to. The phone call did not qualify as a telephone survey since it was a solicitation to have my drinking water tested. The call was also scripted to sound as if it originated from an official government/health department source, which is misleading. I have never done business with Rayne Environmental, and their marketing practices violate the provisions of the [redacted] marketing laws.Desired Settlement: - Comply with the [redacted] rules for telemarketing.

- Verify phone numbers are not listed in the Do Not Call registry before calling.

- Abandon the practice of using autodialers and "robocalls."

I was called by Raynes Environmental. The person on the phone made me believe that this call was from a local government agency wanting to test my home water. I wanted to help the county but I do not appreciate this company implying that they are from the water company or gov. and want to test the water. I would have said no. I do not want nor can I afford a water filter system. This company is misleading.

Review: This company has repeatedly contacted me unsolicited on my home phone which is on the [redacted] registry. We have asked repeatedly for them to stop, calls still continue. They have woken our six month old infant up with these calls on multiple occasions. We are not interested in there services, never inquired about them either. Reports to [redacted] have not stopped them.Desired Settlement: To stop calling immediately.
