Review: Bought a washing machine [redacted] elite was suppose to be new when they delivered the washer the base of the washer was cracked the washer was no good. The sales rep at the store told me it will be 2 weeks before they got another [redacted] elite in. They gave me a loaner washing machine that was clearly used had dents and scratches on it. Until they got their delivery in. I have been calling them since the two weeks had expired. The sales rep told me they would call every Monday the calls never came. I have gone into the store on several occasions to inquire about the washing machine I purchased in back in October. I have not been back to the store lately due to a death in the family and then 2 weeks later may spouse had a heart attack. I explained to the person at the store they should have returned my money the day they discovered the washer was broken they broke the contract. He did not want to give the money back so he keep telling me the washer was coming in.Desired Settlement: I would like the washer that I purchased from them and if they do not have it I would like my money back this is not good business they just open the store. They only take cash I gave them my cash and I would like my washer machine that I purchased I not paying 700.00 for the washing machine they left here.

Review: [redacted] 4-11-14 I paid $800.00 for a washer dryer set waited days for delivery my sister was there as I work they dropped the washer off the truck argued about taking it upstairs then my brother and future brother in law made like 5 trips to [redacted] for power cord screws nuts as dryer was missing everything then they hooked up washer I did 3 loads of wash went to do another the start button fell inside the washer I my brother and other family members went to the store where I got it almost every time they were locked up as was one of the other stores it's like they hide.finally yesterday I called and they yelled in back ground if you want another set you better get here before 5:30 so I had to leave work early rush from New Jersey where I work to the store they tried to pawn off a mis matched set which isn't what I wanted I paid for a matching set and it's what I want they refused to give me my money back only a store credit so today I went to 2 other stores they have and no electric sets they tried to tell me none of the 6 stores have any electric washer dryer set which I know is a bull crap story when I was at the store yesterday about getting a replacement set they had a nice matching set like the one I bought just different color but unless I gave them $200.00 more they said I couldn't have it.they also say their stuff is new just scratch and dent I know for a fact that's a lie it's like a bait and switch or false advertising.I know their just giving me the shaft especially trying to say none of their 6 locations have any electric sets come on now 6 stores and no electric sets how stupid do they think I am .their just mad and intentionality playing games as I told them yesterday I was writing your office ans spreading the word to everyone I know about what they pull in their.they should be shut down for misleading people and ripping everyone off like meDesired Settlement: As stated they refused to give me my money.back and the matching set they had there but I should get my money back so I can get another set somewhere else where it will actually work due to this I'm not only out $800.00 but have to pay to do wash at laundromat plus gas time running around to their other stores they should be the ones doing the checking their stores and then contacting me.their scammers and rip off artist. And I want my $800.00 back especially since I'm a single mother

Review: I purchased a washing machince that did not work when it got to my house. I am having a horrible time trying to get someone to help me with this problem. I have called looking to speak to a manager and they tell you he is not there. I leave my number and they never call back. I don't know what else to do. Review: I paid for a specific washing machine, which was defective, I paid more money to have fix by the same company which did not fix the problem, I picked out another washer, and they advised that the washer I picked out didnt work and sent me what they felt I should have, instead of calling and letting me and the option to come pick out another washer from there or the other 5 locations, again they took my money twice and gave me what they wanted.Desired Settlement: want my money back
