Review: I put 2,000.00 down plus my first month payment down on a2006 pts cruiser and it broke down on me after not even having it for one month. He sold me the car and after a month of having it experienced issues. The car broke down on me on April 9,2015. I called the dealer and let him know the car I jus put a down payment for is no longer wor[redacted]. I asked could he repair or reimburse or find a better car he got ugly with me an vulgar. As[redacted] him could I have the car towed to his lot on Friday to be looked at, [redacted] told me it was "[redacted] operated, on Friday's we are smoing dope at 11am, eating lunch because we have the munchies. Around 12 we drinking and smoking dope again, 1 o'clock we are looking at tv and 2pm getting high again 3pm we are drunk and from 5-6 we're [redacted]". He told me to bring it Monday he may be clean an professional. I felt very disrespected after being told that when I just wanted him to fix the bad car he sold me. After telling my experience to others I have come in contact with others who [redacted] has sold a lemon to.Desired Settlement: I would like the 2,000.00 that I put down for the car I spent money on expensive dmv fees and haven't had it long. The car was my only transportation and I expressed I needed a safe reliable car for me and my two children.

The car broke down after a month of having it. I did go to him for help he didn't have to get rude. If he is not going to fix it that's fine at least allow me time to catch up on my payments and get the car fixed. I have kids and it was my only transportation.

I have only had the car a month before it broke down. I called Mr. [redacted] an he at first was willing to fix the car when my husband called. When I called him for myself he got very rude and vulgar in response when asking can I have my car towed for repairs. I responded back asking to the Revdex.com asking for time to catch up on my payments due to me having to come out of pocket to fix a car I.jus put a down payment on. He recommended the car to me and.my husband as a reliable car for me and my kids. I will resume paying him but I need tome to get caught up, I'm still paying for the repairs of the vehicle he did at one time agree to fix. Phone calls are recorded.
