mr [redacted] called rays automotive late October telling me that hes vehicle has completely stop in dallas texas and that he took the vehicle in to a repair facility to get diagnose, he said there diagnoses were that the fuelpump has gone out, mr [redacted] asked me if hes vehicle was still under warranty...
since he got the fuelpump replace with us, I look up the date of hes repairs and they were on 11/12/2013, which indicated that he had warranty still left on hes fuelpump, rays automotive does offer a 12 month 12,ooo mile warranty,or which ever comes first ,I told him that if he could tow the vehicle in for repairs I could help him, mr [redacted] said ok! a few week later mr [redacted] comes walking in to my office with a fuelpump that he said came off hes vehicle and was asking for refund on the repairs that were done almost a year ago, I questioned him about the fuelpump and said that he got the pump replaced at a auto repair facility in dallas,texas and was told that the fuelpump was broke and demanded money in returned, I told him why didn't he bring the vehicle back like he told me he would,so we can warranty out the parts and labor,I also told him that by having another auto repair facilty doing repairs will void any and all warranties that he has with our company,mr [redacted] started cursing and demaned money,I told him he had to leave.
the vehicle that was sold to mr [redacted] was sold as is! no warranty! the vehicle was not a car lot car,and was purchased from a client of rays, mr [redacted] was asked to drive the vehicle prior of purchasing,he also said he loved the body style and the color ,and that the car drove great,I was...
told he drove the vehicle from [redacted] texas to [redacted] texas,once there the vehicle broke down,then was taken to a mechanics shop where they replaced a battery,then we were notified that the vehicle doesnt want to run,we were threaten multiple times and we refuse to answer our phones
