Review: 1) Company has harassed me at least 29 times via telemarketing a recorded message I have complained because of this 29 plus times to Attorney General for the DO NOT CALL LIST.

2) Company IS NOT licensed to do business in the city of Sacramento.

3) Company IS NOT licensed to do business in the county of Sacramento.

4) Company's stated business address is the AT&T building on J Street in Sacramento. This appears to be a lie.

Desired Settlement: 1) Pay me $5,000.00 for violating law willingly.

2) Pay city and county $100,000 for violating laws on doing business without permission to do so for two plus years; and violating The Federal DO NOT CALL LIST, for well over two years.

I am on the National Do Not Call Registry. I've received recorded messages from them for years, which is illegal. When I call back I get voicemail. A quick Google search of the phone number they leave (XXX-XXX-XXXX) turns up many complaints from others experiencing the same problem. The messages are obnoxious and the name of the business changes frequently but the message is always the same. Others have said that after leaving their info and getting a call back and speaking to a live person to tell them to be taken off the list, all that happens is the number comes up as blocked and they continue to call. They are harassing people, which is bad enough, but they are also breaking the law.Desired Settlement: All I want is for them to be made to stop illegally calling people on the Do Not Call Registry.

Review: this company damaged my refrigerator while demonstrating the grout cleaner in my. kitchen

ray that owner came in and wrote a contract to clean my carpets while writing the contract he noted my kitchen floor tile he suggested I use a cleaner on my grout.he sprayed a sample of the grout cleaner on the tile next to my ref.rigerator .him he put on floor damage the bottom of my refrigerator making the crome turn black .within 5 minutes after he left I noticed th.e damage on the refrigerator .I called ,and the receptionist made an appointment for him to come out and look at it on Wednesday the 21st .he did not show up .Desired Settlement: the refrigerator is less than one year old I contacted Sears for replacement part all I want them to do is pay for the replacemen.t part .they will not return any of my phone calls .

Review: robo calls do not stop after requesting to be put on their do not call list. I am also on the do not call registry and they still make calls to me.

I receive several calls at all times of the day...the robo call asks, "are your carpets dirty?". I asked to be put on the do not call list several times and still get calls. I even registered with the do not call registry and that didn't work either.Desired Settlement: stop the annoying calls.

Review: Responded to phone solicitation for $9.95 / room carpet cleaning. Charges were to be $291.95 / $200 if paid in cash. Workman ship not good: blew fuse w/equipment, stained carpet in four places where moved table on to wet carpet unprotected, spots reappearing w/in day.

I believe deliberately turned circuit beakers to off as they left.

And the worst thing: 2 gold rings are missing, stolen I am sure.

Review: Constant robo-calls to my home.

I have received numerous robo-calls to my home phone number from this company. I have returned a message to them to STOP calling me. The calls continue.Desired Settlement: None. Just have them STOP calling my home number.

Sometimes they call a few times per week. Sometimes it will be two months before they start calling again. I have called them and requested them to remove my number. I have pressed "9" as instructed in their canned message and still [redacted] calls. This has gone on for years. I do not even have carpets! I am at my wits end as to how to be rid of this menace to my privacy and am considering changing my phone number that I have had for 22 years just because of this inconsiderate [redacted]. This company has been leaving recorded sales pitches on my home voice mail for several months. I am on the Do Not Call registry, and therefore these "robo-calls" are violating federal law. I have already filed a complaint against this company on the Do Not Call website.Desired Settlement: I DO NOT want to be contacted by this company EVERY AGAIN!!

Ray's company sends recorded calls multiple times per week, which is illegal. This has happened for months, and if you call the number provided in the message (XXX-XXX-XXXX), you only get a recording. I have tried to contact this company directly and filed more than one complaint via the National Do Not Call Registry. I have never done business with this company, and I find their calls at all hours of the day and evening to be borderline harassment. They need to stop making these calls to my house.Desired Settlement: I would like to see documented acknowledgement of the calls, as well as documentation that they agree to immediately stop all recorded advertising calls to my house. A reasonable period of time would need to take place with no calls before I would consider this matter closed (minimum of 30-45 days).

I have received the same recorded message for at least the last 6 months. The last message was the week of June 9, 2013. I have attempted to reach someone at the call back number. Have only been able to get thru one time when I got a recording and left a message asking that my number be taken off their phone list as I am on the Do Not Call List. Review: Unsolicited robo-call, violating Do-Not-Call registry

A little after 6:30 p.m. this evening (5/25/2013), we got a recorded call from this supposed carpet-cleaning business, inviting us to call XXXXXXXXXX to make an appointment. We're on the Do-Not-Call Registry, so that never should have happened. But a Google search shows that this 'business' has been spamming people like crazy for a long time. Wish you would....Desired Settlement: I don't this really is a 'business' in the proper sense. They should be shut down, and the people behind it should be fined, jailed, or both.

Review: our carpets were cleaned on Sept.7th 2013 by the owner Kevin Calvin of "Cleaning Expert".

Review: Called and lm 8 times. Didn't stop until I requested that they stop, I'm not interested. Started calling again last week AGAIN. HARASSING ME.

This business called me last year 8 times, coming up on my caller ID as "Private", leaving very long messages advertising their business. I was being harassed- to end the calls, I had to listen to the messages and write down the number and call trhem to make them stop. I notified them that I feel harassed, and to take my number off their list forever, I and to NEVER call me again. They started calling last week. I called again, requesting that they stop, and I should NOT have had to since I already told them last year.. The last call on 09/16/2013 at 4:01 pm; before that 09/15/2013 at 4:38 pm. They are HARASSING me.Desired Settlement: I want them punished for harassingment. I do not want to sue them, but I do want them punished.

Review: Ray is still using a robocall which has been illegal since 2006. Also I am on the do not call list shich they wontanlly disreguard.

I receive weekly- if not daily telemarketing calls on my business line from a "blocked" number. When I answer, its a pre-recorded message asking if my "Carpets are dirty" and gives me a number to call. When I call the number I have an option to leave a message, or to be placed on their do not call list. I have selected the option to be on the do not call list at least 3 times, and have left at least 3 detailed messages explaining that this is a business line, and that I have been on the national Do not call Registry since october of 2012, and that I DO NOT want anymore calls. I continue to receive calls. last call was 06/19/13 @ 6:30pm. Desired Settlement: I just want it known that this company harasses random people, and that they are probably pretty shady people to deal with

I am still being harassed sometimes several times a day - I cannot block him because no number comes up/

Surewest Telephone Co will block only if there is a number or it says "Annonymous" He has cunningly arranged it so that he cannot be blocked or traced.

This needs to stop! We have no recourse and obviously the Revdex.com has not taken any action on this.

It is an invasions of privacy, the Do Not Call list does not help, and it is harassment.Desired Settlement: WE all just want to the calls to stop - he is a crook and no one wants to do business with him anyway.

Review: Constant telemarketing calls with pre-recorded message

despite multiple requests, I continue to receive telemarketing calls from this company with a pre pre-recorded message asking me if my "carpets are dirty". I am on the national do not call registry since 10/20012 and I have called the number left on their message at least 3 times to advise them that I want to be taken off their list. their caller ID comes up as "blocked". I dont know how to get them to stop calling meDesired Settlement: I just want it known that this company calls random people and harasses them even when asked to stop.
