There is no negotiation regarding this complaint. The problems arose 2 and 1/2 years ago and my warranty expires after two years. However, to show good faith I did offer to repair the roof using my own supplies and personnel but he refused it. He wanted me to hire a roofing company to do...

the work and I declined since I offered to fix out of my own pocket.
