I am rejecting this response because:I NEVER GOT A BID FROM RAY.. That is why I kept calling him. He DID NOT TELL ME HE WAS BOOKED UNTIL 3 WEEKS LATER. HE LIED!!I called his partner and left a message for him to call me 4 days after he NEVER sent me a bid. I left enough messages that he could have returned the calls BUT HE DID NOT. I NEVER said I'd ruin his business.
