I do not accept this resolution because I never had the opportunity to decline the additional serviceI brought the part to ask what kind of tool I would need to install the lights myself and he offered to do it at no charge while servicing my car

customer that I did not known about.The service we provided need to paid and I explain to customer and gave her discounted price already.It was time consuming service and customer knew about it.The customer purchased own part and couldn't do it by her self. She showed small dome light bulbs to be replaced to my employee which was not charged.But both head lamps replacement service need to be charged.We already explained to her and apologized about it.So this is the final decision from our side.Once again thank you for your consideration.
