I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
If there is nothing that the Revdex.com could do to get me my $26.50 I would like this to be documented on your website for other consumers searching information on Ray's Nursery.  I would like Ray's Nursery to get an F grade with the Revdex.com.  If possible let the consumer know that Ray's will not stand behind their plants like other business do.

Review: We put in a french drain last fall and planted a little bit of grass to help with the mud. I called Ray's and asked if it was to late to purchase and plant Mountain Laurels and I was told no. I drove there and purchased four mountain laurels from Rays Nursery on 11/12/13 at $26.50 a piece the total selling price with tax deducted from my checking was $112.36. Two were red mountain laurels and two were bulls eye mountain laurels. One of the bulls eye mountain laurels is completely dead. I feel they sold me a sick plant. I called today 06/19/14@9:30am to see if they would replace it or give me a discount on another plant and the woman on the other end said ABSOLUTELY NOT. She said they don't guarantee their plants. There is nothing on the plant tag that says they do not warranty their plants. At least [redacted] gives you a one year warranty on plants.It seems funny I plant four plants on the same day last year and only one of them is dead. I uploaded a picture of the four plants for you to see the dead one.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $26.50 back for the sick plant. I do not wish to exchange the dead mountain laurel or get a credit from them due to the fact that there is no guarantee I will not receive another sick plant and have to go through this again. I personally would prefer to deal with another nursery.
