Hello, In response to Mr [redacted] complaint, we did try to help and walk him through his issue per the manufactures instructions, Mr [redacted] then got upset with us and told us he would be contacting a lawyer, we then ended our attempts to help himA few weeks later he came into the store and tried returning items stating that the owner had told him he could have a refundThe owner was not in the store at that time so I asked Mr [redacted] to please way so I could confirm that with the owner as I knew of no such agreementLater in that day when the owner returned he informed me that he had made no such agreement with Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] then left the store Thank you, [redacted] Manager [redacted]
