Review: I purchased a swimming pool package from rays pools back in April of 2013. The package also included 5 full year warranty and 50 year warranty. This past winter with the below freezing temperatures the skimmer was cracked. The side wall of the pool where light inside the pool punctured a hole in the liner as well and water started to come through the aluminum wall of the pool causing a hole on the outside wall of the pool. I contacted the company and they advised me I would have to contact the manufacturer of the pool to put in a claim. Contacted them and I was told to go to the website to put in the claim and also send 3 pictures of the pool with one of the pictures being the whole pool. I entered the claim on April 16 gave them a few days no word on anything. This went on from April 16 to June 5th was the last email send. The manufacturer is willing to replace the pool wall but I have to pay $367 for shipping this is not including the skimmer or the liner I would have to contact the manufacturer on those parts which when I purchased the pool I purchased the whole pool from the same company not in pieces. I can understand if the pool was over 5 years old to pay for the cost of some of the parts but this is going on our 2nd year of using the pool. The last pool we had lasted well over 15 years (from a different company) and this one lasting us one summer.Desired Settlement: I would like the pool replaced as the warranty states on my paper work 5 full years warranty 50 year warranty.... the pool, liner, and skimmer or a refund so I can go else where
