I am rejecting this response because: I was told by Marco, and I repeated to him “so they can come out and lower and tighten the coil wire?” And he said yes he will report back and have them call me to schedule which is when I then said I would prefer a Saturday morning. This has been a long game of me being told two different answers since day one. I will accept that the coil wire will not be lowered but I would like it to be tightened. Marco did flex the fence in several places where it is curved and not tight. If this can be done as well as tightening or replacing the post caps (per Marco), I will accept the resolution. I am available Saturdays and would like to have this scheduled.

Customer signed a contract on 5/12/2017 for a [redacted] Aluminum FENCE.  The customer wanted something more decorative than the Railing systems that we have available that was why they choose the style of fence.  The fence was installed. In order to make the posts sturdy we have to core...

drill the holes & use concrete.  The customer was not happy with the way the holes were done.  County Line went out of our way to special order trim pieces to cover the bottom of the posts.  The trim was installed.  Attached are pictures showing the fence with the trim pieces completed.

If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The 'repair' that County Line Fence claims was done (I use the word 'claim' because we can see no difference in the fence panels, before and after the 'repair' or 'adjustment' they claim happened - remember, we were not present at either time, even though we requested prior contact so we could be there when the repair person visited).
The individual slats in the fence are not only bowed/warped in a parallel direction (meaning they cannot be pushed back together), they are also bowed/warped perpendicular direction (meaning they cannot be pushed back together).  As I stated very clearly, both times County Line Fence claimed to have had a repair person at our home to repair the fence, neither my husband or myself, or anyone else that viewed the fence could see any discernible difference in the slat's position. 
I am attaching pictures taken of the fence within the last month.  Please notice that the slats cannot be 'pushed back together' and that since they are tongue and groove boards, the panel's integrity and strength depends on the individual board's tongue and groove being connected together.  As the panels are now, there is no integrity or strength.  This was formost in our decision, as we have a large pit bull and were concerned with safety (we also paid more for heavy duty hinges and larger diameter wire for the wire on the other portions of the fence).  Because the condition of the fence, the integrity of the panel is compromised.  We now have to 'construct a fence' in front of the warping fence panels using our trash cans, to make sure the dog doesn't push the panel slats out. We chose and purchased red cedar fence panels (certainly more expensive than the pine also offered) because we were told by the salesman that red cedar did not warp or degrade as pine would.  Immediately after installation, we noticed the slats of the panels warping and bowing at an alarming rate.  Please also notice that a few of the panels are splitting - even if they were straight, they cannot be 'pushed back together'.Clearly, we are going to have to buy new panels for the warped/bowed sections.  We are asking that County Line Fence either replace the panels or refund our purchase price for ONLY the two panels.....honoring their quality guarantee that was touted by the salesperson.
Additional pictures can be submitted upon request....as a matter of fact, I would be only too glad to supply as many as it takes to prove this fence is unrepairable, and has been unrepairable since shortly after installation.

Contract was signed with a deposit left on 7/7/2017.  Installation was scheduled to start on 8/21/2017, set posts & install wire depending on concrete hardening.  Gate are manufactured to fit the opening so they are installed another day.  Chain Link installations take minimum of 2-3 days depending on concrete.  As per the signed contract (see attached), page 3 line 14: Property owner shall be present on day of installation.  Page 3 Line 15 of the contract states installation shall follow the ground contour, which may result in space or gap beneath the bottom of the fence, Coverage from the bottom of the fence to the ground is custom feature at addition charge for labor and material.  [redacted]'s sale rep Marco has been with County Line Fence for 15 years, he knows the procedures for all fence installation.  He makes sure the customer is aware as well.  [redacted] called for service about the wire at the bottom of the fence.  The general manager Chris, who also has 27yrs experience with County Line Fence, inspected the fence.  The fence looked great, see photos attached. [redacted] called to speak to Chris who was not in the office.  Dan answered the call and told [redacted] to pay the bill.  As stated in the contract the balance was due the day of installation.  Once paid then service work if needed would be done.  His bill was paid on 9/9/2017.  On 9/12/2017 it was turned into service.  [redacted] needs to read all of the contract before signing.  No portion will be refunded as the fence was installed per contract specifications which was signed by the customer.  Samantha D[redacted]County Line Fence Co###-###-####

The company came out and estimated the job at no time did they suggest we get a railing instead of a fence, had I known they would destroy my patio, I would have gladly switched to a railing. They did install collars after I called three times, the collars did not cover the huge holes they made , I had my patio contractor come out and repair the holes and the pictures they took are after that was dove at my expense. Which means they trespassed on my property twice, it still does not look professional and I am still unhappy,
