Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone. The owner of the company installed a $6,000 heating air conditioning unit in a local church. After several weeks of use the unit failed. Although the unit was under complete warranty, the owner, Ray was not solicitous in working to replace it. After several verbal requests by the pastorwith the contractor refused to fulfill his obligation to repair the unit. As I understand it, he told the pastor to find someone else because he was too busy. He showed up whenever he chose. As it stands now this Hustler just got us for $6,000. This was after it was made plain to him that there were several elderly and chronically ill parishioners who would not be able to bear the 100 degree Plus temperatures that a broken AC unit might potentially cause. He was unsympathetic rude and uncooperative.
