Review: Had to cancel PT/INR monitor due to Insurance, company cahrgem my account without my authorization

I had to recently cancel my PT/INR machine due to the insurance not covering it like it had in the past. WHen I gave the compnay m new insurance information it went from being 0.00 to 173.00. SOmeone should of let me know it had gone up first of all. Second I do knot know how companu got my flex card information but started to charge the account without me knowing they were doing so. I had recieved one bill, and was getting ready to send a check but noticed they did this instead, even though I did not authorize. If this is how you treat customers, then you need to change your ways. I also want to know how company got a hold of an account that I do not remember giving them to charge it.Desired Settlement: I ant to knwo how they got a hold of my Flex account without my knowledge and do charge clients without theie knowledge. Also if someone's insurance is not covering like it was, let them know up front so the desicion can be made at that time. I would of canceled the meter the moment I found out.
