This guy is very unprofessional and this guy races we called him for service and he have customer service and he dont have no reapect for others people think twice before calling him

I called Able Lock and Key to have a new key and alarm madeI spoke with manager/owners assistant on 2/22/At that time he advised that it would be $for key and alarm aka fob and $for each addtl keyI called them back on 2/23/and spoke with the owner/managerShe stated that I would have to pay a $deposit so that she can put in request for a code, and provide vin#I compliedThey showed up at my home A little before 4pmThey had no tools to hook my battery back up (it was disconnected to keep the alarm from going off)They also didn't have my coded keyI explained that the gentleman did not tell her that I wanted an alarmShe then tried to get me to take the key for $then she lowered it to $I refusedShe said that it was too expensive for alarm and that she was trying to give me the cheapest route I explained that I never asked for a cheap routeI asked for a key and alarmShe began to yell an
