RE: 10# [redacted] complaint from Ms [redacted]
To whom it may concern,
Due to HIPPA reasons I am unable to give yo information regarding information regarding  the patient
who picked up their medications from us, who the time gave us verbal consent that we...

could use this
card (belonging to Ms [redacted]) to pay for her prescriptions.
I used this credit card belonging to Ms [redacted] for 1 last transaction on 9/16/2014 for amount of $11 0.40
for our patient. Ms [redacted] called the day aft r (09/17/2014) to tell me she did not give me her consent
to use this credit card. I explained that I will happy to refund the funds back on her card once my
patient will call me back paying me in full. I tr ed calling my patient on several occasions and left voice
messages and would not get back to me.
Ms [redacted] then called me back with herb telephone conversation which I agreed to refund
representative the customer receipt transaction end. We all understood from there that case w
representative from [redacted] and we had a 3 way her money back onto her card and I gave the bank
ode to stop us from getting paid from her bank from her closed and Ms [redacted] got her money back.
2 days later I received a letter from Revdex.com claimi g that I had not refund her money which left me confused
because her bank representative said she had completed the transaction from her end and said there was
nothing else that I had to do. I called my mere nt services group to ask whether if the funds were settled
in our bank account and apparently it is. I am more than happy to return her money back as soon as
possible.
Ms [redacted] had mentioned in her-complaint 1 r that she had "canceled" her credit card which left me
with no choice but to call Ms [redacted] on (949 00-5984) to ask if I can refund the $110.40 back onto a
card of her own choice as advised from my b instead of a check.
To conclude this dispute, I will happily refund s [redacted]'s money and I apologize that her bank had
not completed the transaction from their end as they promised to do so. I have tried calling Ms [redacted]
at least 4-5 times and did not return my calls.
I ask for Ms [redacted] to call me with her credi card number or bank infonnatlon from where this money
was taken out and I will happy refund her mon y as quickly as possible.
Many Thanks

Review: This business charged my card without authorization. I helped someone out 6 months to a year ago and paid for a prescription for them and since then this company has unlawfully kept my card info on file. I have never signed a contract or anything stating I authorized them to continuously charge my card and have personally never been a client of theirs. This other person does not have physical access to my card and has not stepped into this business for over 3 weeks because of inappropriate behavior on their end (just read the [redacted] reviews). Three days ago I received a charge for $110.40 for a product they say belonged to this other person. A product that was never picked up. After calling them myself and them agreeing to reverse it (never happened), I then called my bank and had a 3-way call. They were very aggressive on both calls but agreed to reverse the charges and gave the bank rep the reversal code. I then canceled my card immediately only to see the charge reoccurred yesterday. I called my bank again and said the business did not keep their word and never canceled the transaction and pushed it through again. Per the phone conversation, they were keeping the charge on my card until they reached this other person to provide other payment. They told me this was my problem and that I had to make the other person call them. They also admitted they have not been able to reach this person for some time and he wasn't returning calls, proving right there they had no authorization to charge the card 3 days ago. They told me they had his signature for authorization but could not tell me from when and avoided the subject. My signature is on that card, and the account is solely mine and no one else's. This is not the first time this has happened with this business with promise of reimbursement. My bank verified that the merchant manually entered in my card number for this transaction and that it was illegally done. This is not a case of friendly fraud with this other person, 100% sure.Desired Settlement: Please refund the entire $110.40 you had claimed over the phone you would do in addition to a $7.50 over draft charge I incurred. You have no right to charge me without authorization from me or anyone in that matter especially for a product that isn't mine and was never received. And you cant hold my card ransom and put charges on it a month later just because you cant reach the other person. That is fraud.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
