sorted out three drafts to her over a few weeks time. Yes, she sent a fax to us, and we edited her resume 3-4 times to her liking. Sometimes it was hard to read her fax. Normally I have the client edit on the MS Word and I concur the edits they do.
She certainly has a good resume in her possession at this point now. For me to give her a payment back for the work we did, I find as a put-off, as she has a great resume, and most in my field charge upwards of $500. I charged her $250.
We discussed on the phone interview that she needs to edit the resume for each job she applies for, and the cover letter. That means editing the top portion of resume with the new job title and adding key words from the job she wants. To put it in the cover letter.
