The first week of April I was scheduled two weeks to bring my RV in from Story AR. Hail damaged items need repair. After leaving it for the day of their inspection when they told me they would give me an estimate that day; It never happened. I was in town waiting for their call back and found to my dismay they had closed and locked their fence with my Multi thousand dollar RV totally unsecured. I called them in the morning to bring them the RV door keys as my wife unknowingly only gave them the motor key. They obviously surmised the repairs wouldn't bring in the needed cash flow so they told me to just come and pick it up that day. WASTED MY TIME AND MY GAS FOR NOTHING!!!!!
PURE DISCRIMINATION ON PART OF THEIR STAFF AS THEY COULDN'T GET OUT OF THEIR SEATS TO EVEN TELL ME WHERE TO PARK IT WHEN THEY WERE ON BREAK EATING AS WE TOLD THEM WE WOULD BE THERE AROUND 1200. ACTED LIKE WE WERE WRONG. DON'T COME THERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE THOUSANDS TO GIVE THEM AS YOU WILL BE SEEN AS NOTHING! I put in a complain with the Revdex.com over a month ago and have never been contacted as they are unconcerned with this 100% Disabled recently retired veteran that has been honorably retired with Combat experience and 22.5 years of service to his country. THEY WERE NICE TO HIS WIFE AND CATERED TO HER AND IGNORED ME. BRING YOUR HOT WIFE AND THEY WILL JUMP FOR HER!
CROOKED to the bone. Steer clear and don't let TPD call them out for you. Shyster Garys has the TPD contract. Use your insurance company. Would not deliver wifes car to Chapman that nightinsisted on towing to Garys yard and "re-deliver" to Chapman next morning. Charged me for two towsAND 2 Days storage at their yard. Was at their yard from 10:30 that night until the late delivery at Chapman the next day. 150 dollars later for a total of 8 miles towed. And the promised delivery to Chapman the next morning did not happen until after 2:00 p.m. the next day. RIP-OFFS
