Razzano Homes and Remodelers remodeled my dark, sectioned off house and made it the stunning, open concept home I have always wanted for my family to grow old in. The entire process with Dan was smooth, informative, and reliable with communication every day at a minimum. Dan was very accommodating when receiving calls from me during the process and always ensured I was satisfied with the work as it progressed.
The project was completed in a timely fashion with meticulous attention to detail and precision. The entire job was finished within our budget and the estimated time for completion originally discussed. The entire team of Razzano Homes was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very customer focused. Dan and his team were extremely accommodating when asked to incorporate changes and additions not included in the original scope of work, and still managed to remain on schedule. When the job was complete, any remaining material or debris was removed, leaving behind our newly renovated home to enjoy for years to come.

We used Razzano Homes and Remodelers when we wanted some work done on our home. The overall experience was excellent, he was punctual, polite and professional. He cleaned up after himself and made sure we were 100% happy with the service we received. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I have already recommended him to other family members, such as my son who had him remodel his bathroom and replace his roof. His prices are affordable and he tries to work within your budget. He warranties all his work and calls every so often to make sure we are still satisfied, even though we have yet to have any problems.

When we decided to add a half bath and remodel our 1950's era bathroom we didn't hesitate in contacting Dan. He provided a clear design and timely work schedule. Let me start by saying that Dan Razzano is a very patient man! Originally, I was interested in expanding over the garage in order to transform a small kids’ bathroom into a much larger, two room bathroom, and add a large walk-in closet off an existing bedroom. Dan must have met with me five times to discuss in detail how this could be done. Long story short, I decided that this was something I no longer wanted to do, as we literally had to raise the roof in order to gain enough head room. When I called Dan to tell him that I had, after five meetings, changed my mind, he could not have been nicer or more understanding. We brainstormed, and came up with a new floor plan, moving only interior walls! This enabled us to add an additional bathroom, remodel the existing bathroom, and give all three kids very large reach in closets. Bedroom doors had to be moved, a linen closet was moved, and our new bathroom has a beautiful 3’ x 5’ tiled shower with a window. Dan’s crew, including Chad and Ray, were amazing! Their craftsmanship was flawless. They listened to my ideas, and offered changes that I never would have thought of on my own. At the end of each day they left the job site spotless.
