*** *** called our dealership on August 8th, to tell us that the vehicle she had purchased from us had a salvaged title and had
been in an accident - all of which she stated was not disclosed to her at the time she purchased the carShe claimed that she had tried to trade the vehicle in at another dealership and had been given this informationIn essence, she made the same claim then as she has made now to the Revdex.comI told her I would look into it and call her back, which I did, the following day
I scheduled an appointment to meet with *** later that week*** never showed up for the appointmentI called her several times to try and re-schedule, but never heard anything backI am still open to sitting down with *** to review this further
However, since she has opened up a case with the Revdex.com, I will outline what I foundAgain, I would be happy to go into each items in greater detail with *** if she would like to meet with me in person
To address some of ***'s claims:
First, *** claims that the vehicle we sold her has a salvaged titleIt does notWhen we sold her the vehicle, and again on August 3rd, when she called, we ran a vehicle registration report through DMV which shows the vehicle has NOT been declared a SALVAGE
Second, she claims that she was not told about the vehicle's historyShe claims that she was told it had never been in an accident or that it had a salvage titleAgain, it DOES NOT have a salvage titleAs for the claim that we didn't disclose any damage, I have a CarFax Vehicle History report, signed by *** that states damage was reported on January 12th, We made available to *** what we knew about the vehicleIn these instances, we try to error on the side of cautionIn this case, the information provided to ***, may have actually stated damage that did not existI'll clarify below
Having said that, I think the problem here lies in bad information she was given by another dealershipI can't be sure, because, as I stated previously, *** never showed up for the meeting we set and never called me backThe vehicle is NOT a salvaged vehicle, and therefore, should not have any diminished value beyond what *** was told about at the time of sale
*** states that "No one wants" her carWe will purchase it from herIf she would like to bring it in, we would be happy to give her an outright buy bid or arrange to take her vehicle in as a tratowards another vehicle
As I stated previously, I think the information on the CarFax that we provided ***, may actually call out damage that never occurredI believe the information on the CarFax vehicle history report is possibly incorrect, because it states that the vehicle was at an automotive recycler on January 12th, However, it was in our inventory on that date, and we never took it to a recyclerAlso, we have documents signed by the previous owner that state that the vehicle was never in an accident that has caused frame damage and is not a salvaged title
Again, I remain willing to meet with *** to try and resolve this issue

First off I'd like to state that I did recently find out that this car does not have a salvaged title from the dmvSo yes I was given wrongful information from one dealershipAlthough the car history report does show it was in a salvage yard which I did sign papers BUT stating that it was NOT in a salvage yardbeen to several dealerships that either don't want to do business with me or give me almost nothing for this car that I'm paying a fortune on in repairs not including the payments I still owe till
I did not meet with *** for two reasons#1.it's an hour drive one way and I'm a single mom with two kids and a very busy schedule and don't want my time wasted and another disappointment#I'm leary about what kind of deal I'm gonna get this time
#How is a carfax report inaccurate about being in a salvage facility? Just this alone would have made me make a decision not to get this car
I already know I am not going to be able to get another loan and use my car as a trade in so that option is out unless I'm missing somethingI am curious about the outright buy bid but of course it would have to be a fair amount as I would need another vehicle that day
I do apologize for posting information that was given to me incorrectly but do think I was still given a bad deal and wrong infoAt the time of sale

On 02/22/2016 I sent the Revdex.com by email a pdf file of a letter from Chase Auto stating that Razzari made the credit inquiry.
When I check the Internet it is clear that Razzari owns a number of dealerships in Fresno. That includes a Mazda dealership.
It is clear that Razzari is not telling the truth. Please have them remove that credit inquiry from my credit report.

To that end we have contacted Ms. [redacted] by phone and have happily agreed to reimburse her for the cost incurred by her to have this issue addressed by the tow company and furthermore, we have offered to re-inspect the battery cable connectors and replace with them more substantial parts at no charge to her if Ms. [redacted] so chooses.
