Great service
I just flew in at one of my first stops that was recommended was the harker heights location, the evening shift service is very great, my needs was met in a timely manner, great personality all around from all the staff members such as Quamti , beyoncé, Rita, trini, thanks for the great service

RAZOOS VISIT ON 7-12-2021
This place has been great for food tasting and customer service until 7-12-2021 my daughter ate her and was served
with a cup of lemonade and the glass jar burst in her face and cut her hands leaving her with a injury to her hand and
some pain to her face as well, I contacted the store several time at 8:06pm, 8:16pm 8:20 pm all three times I called ask
for a manager to make a incident report as my child was injured at this store and this was unfortunately to get the report
made and I'm not too happy with this as a mother, I'd like to be contact asap in regards to the incident happen at your
store as this has caused some drama to my daughter. I'd appreciate a call kindly thanks

NEVER AGAIN!
Phoned in an order and went in to pick it up. The bill was 48.13, I handed the employee at the bar 50.00 and she handed me back a dollar. She said they were out of change. I asked if this was how they made extra money and she laughed and said they had no change. The entire time I was there it appeared that the employee was entertaining the cooks and that was her focus.On the way home I noticed that something was leaking in the bag. It was the Red Beans. The heavy Red Beans was placed on top of the fried shrimp and the weight of the Beans caused the bottom container to partially collapse and that is why it leaked. When I got home I called and asked to speak to the manager, after a lengthy wait Ariel came to the phone. I explained my complaint and she said well..they did occasionally run of of change and they were not responsible for leaking containers. So she blamed the sloppy service and packaging on me. She then asked me if that was it...I asked for the real managers name and plan to call him tomorrow. I also took the time to file a complain online and will call the corporate office tomorrow. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE AND SERVICE...

Hello, I have sent emails/left messages requesting to speak with someone from corporate re our recent visit to the City View location with no response
This complaints involves the General Manager Jason so this may be why I haven't heard from anyone. We were treated very poorly at your restaurant and felt that we may have been discriminated against. We chose Razzoo's to have dinner with our family visiting from Mississippi, Louisiana and Vegas which consisted of a party of 13 (7 were children). We were told they do not seat parties of thata size. Eventually we asked to speak with the General Manager who told us we will not tell him how to run his restaurant and were told the Ben, the greeter, accused me of using profanity which is not true. Jason was rude until we mentioned calling corporate.

Desired Outcome

I want to speak with someone from corporate to discuss the treatment we received and to make then aware of their employees statements and behavior of false accusations to avoid having to serve us.

Bad food and got food poisoning from jalapeño catfish.
On Friday 2/21/2020 I bought a to go order of 2 jalapeño catfish meals, 1 stuffed shrimp meal, and 1 chicken fried chicken meal totaling $64.35. Both catfish meals were horrible with the smallest/skinniest fish I've ever seen and both me and my mother got food poisoning. The stuffed shrimp meal which is expensive included some of the smallest shrimp I've ever seen.

My wife placed a pickup order at the Lewisville location and scheduled it to be picked up at 12pm. When we arrive to the location to pickup our food, we were told there was no order. We showed the waitress the order confirmation email and she called a manager (named Gabby'), who then tells us the GM (someone name Keshona) from the Irving location called and stated we will pickup the order from that location. We work and live in Lewisville, so we definitely did not request the location to be change. Furthermore, no one thought to verify this information with us. My wife then explains to her that she can either give us our food or our money back. Gabby says the money was being refunded and will take 3 business days. My wife ask for proof that the money was being refunded. Gabby goes to the back as if she was going to get proof, leaving us standing there for 20 mins. When we had a host/waiter go get her, she then comes out and says she doesn't know what happened. She says she talked to her GM and she can get our food made now if we wanted to wait. At this point we are already half way through our lunch break. The whole experience was unprofessional and to no resolve. This is a restaurant we frequent often but after this ridiculous experience, we will not be returning.

Refund Money refunded asap and better business practices.

My family of 9 went to Razzoo to celebrate my son's 21st. Birthday when the bill came a service charge of 18% was attached to the ticket. I paid the cost for my food, the tax, and a 10% tip. The service, and manager tried to force me to pay the 18% service charge. Stating that a sign was posted in the business. Which I found out later that it is with 15 other food signs. The end result was the police was called out and the situation is civil matter and was told that manager and server need to tell customers by word of mouth then of course she tried to say that it was told by word of mouth which was a lie.I will not go back to his business first and last visit

they changed me the incorrect amount for my food,and my reciept says a different amount than what the charged me.
On sept3,my family and I went to eat at razoo's on *** S *** St, Arlington, TX XXXXX, my bill was only 20.00, on 9/5 I looked at my bank acct online and it show razoo's took out 89.40, so I panic, thinking it was fraud activity with the waitress. I called and spoke to the supervisor name ***, I told her my issue she asked for the check number on the razoo reciept, I told her *** she placed me on hold, came back and said yes we over charged you and I owe you 68.56, bring in your card so I can refund you, I have to swipe the card. I then had to leave work to go handle this issue, when I got there she said it was our mistake, the waitress charged you for the whole bill she did not close it out.. (like I know what she is talking about) I said ok, I told her this would have overdrawn my acct if I did not transfer money over in time, and that I had to take off work to come up here, I then asked could for a appetizer for the error on they behalf, she said no I cannot do that, and walked off with my card to refund me my money.. I was like wow! im never coming here again the customer service is horriable. she then comes back and say I refunded you after 20min, and gave me a reciept showing -68.56. when I got back to work, 1hr later I checked my bank account online and it showed -68.56 taken from my current balance, so I got mad all over again and called *** back, they told me she was in an interview, the girl who answered offerd me to speak to her manager, I said yes please.. all of a sudden *** got on the phone.. I said you charged my bank card again, she was like no I refunded, a refund would not show a negative in my bank balance, my balance is less 68.56, she said I dont know what happen, I followed the guidelines on how to refund, she then said call your bank to handle this for you. I was like omg! so now im out of 137.12 from you all. I was like this is my money and its not fair, she do not know how to refund and the waitress can charge any amount to your bank card without my premission, and then the did it again, and she didnt even offer me a cold drink while I waited 20min for her to refund me and that was a fail for the 2nd time. so now I have to take off work again to go to the bank to cancel my card and dispute razooz trans made on my card. what kills me is that she didnt act as if she had a care in the world.. basically its not her money so she didnt care. I will never return to this location again! horriable customer service and fraud

Desired Outcome

i would like my full refund back in the amount of 157.96, due to the time spent, me going back an forward with them on this issue that is still not resolved.
