Review: [redacted] signed a contract with me to install hardwood in my home and sand, stain, and refinish the floors to match. The total price was $3500 and I gave him a $2000 down payment. He has performed no work and supplied no materials and I just want my money back but he refuses.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

[redacted] indicated he sent a sub to do the work. He isn't sure what happened because the customer sent him a text saying he was fired. The customer paid the money to the sub and all he got was money for a finder's fee (setting up the job). He has been in business for 2 1/2 years an has never had a complaint. He was disrespected by the customer and he has washed his hands of the situation.
