12:09PM.  You were concerned with the charges that were accrued during our time there.  At 12:18PM on 7/25/16 one of our office associates addressed your concerns and stated that there would be no charge for this visit.  The reason there was no charge was that you needed to speak to both a chimney company as well as a carpenter.  I do see that you stated that pictures were sent to us as well as inspection reports discussing what you were looking to have serviced.  I am sorry but I did not see these items that were sent over.Again...I can not apologize enough for this incident.  I have spoken to our various office staff to make sure that when customers call in the future for service or estimates, that it is explained that there is a charge associated with coming out to your home.  Appropriate action will be taken if no work is done.Please know that we are here for you to address all your concerns and comments...whether good or bad.  All of this information is used to make our company better moving forward.Thank you.
