Our AC Went out on May 13th A call to RB Spencer got us an appointment on the 16th

which I thought was good since we were experiencing to first hot days of the year. On the 16th the office confirmed the appointment and gave a time for the serviceman to arrive.

Felipe was right on time and after a brief review of the problem went right to work and resolved it . He also gave us a brief lesson on AC problems and maintenance and showed us how to program our thermostat. We appreciate the service your organization and especially Felipe .

The business deducted over the agreed upon amount from my bank account.

My air conditioner malfunctioned on the evening of September 28th, 2012. I scheduled an appointment for a technician from RB [redacted] to come out the morning of the 29th and the weekend service fee was $85. The technician arrived in the morning and we were unable to replicate the problem. The technician stated he would leave the work order open and we were to call back if the problem reoccurred. The technician stated he was unable to give us a copy of the invoice at that time because he didn't have enough copies. The problem reoccurred around 4:00 pm that evening and the technician returned. The technician stated the motor in the air conditioner needed to be replaced and he had the part back at the office. He left my residence to pick up the part and returned. He tried to use the new part but discovered it was the wrong one. He said they could order the correct part and it would be in Tuesday, October 2nd. I found another service provider that would do the work for half the price. I called RB [redacted] Monday morning and cancelled the order. Later that week I discovered they deducted $165 from my bank with my debit information. My husband called the business and he was informed by the service manager, [redacted], the extra $80 was for labor hours when the technician picked up and installed the incorrect part. The service manager, refused to refund the $80.
