directly by RBC Law Center regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:RBC contacted me on Friday, November [redacted].  They simply stated that they are still working on my case and they mentioned that they had been contacted by the Revdex.com in regards to a complaint from myself.
At this point, there has been no resolution in my case.  I have not received an outcome or my money back.  The only difference is that they have contacted me more frequently than before I submitted my complaint with the Revdex.com.
I still need resolution as we are going on a year come January and they initially said 3 months.

Review: Rbc was telling me that they are law firm who are filing a class action law suit for predatory lending against my mortgage lender and as soon as I pay them I will be added to the law suit , they say they will try meanwhile to negotiat with my bank and save my house from forclosure by trying to modify my loan , obviously as soon as they got the money all calls where not return and no responsesDesired Settlement: Pay me back the money I paid them in the amount of $5000.00

Review: RBC called me out of the blue and said they could get us a loan modification to lower our payments on our mortgage. RBC required $1250 for each of the next three months before they could start work on our modification. RBC brought up the matter of stopping mortgage payments. They told me that "you could possibly" and "we can't say that" and besides your modification will come through soon enough that you won't have to stop.We needed a modification because our daughter was diagnosed with a chronic disease and my husband unexpectedly lost his job. We needed to cut as many bills as possible. RBC never got us the loan modification so we were forced to declare bankruptcy (December **, 2014) to save our house.RBC took $4000, promised a loan modification and never got us one. They keep calling us for more money.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund of our $4000.

Review: This company took 5000 dollars and delivered no goodsDesired Settlement: Money returned

Review: RBC Law promised a loan modification and money back from my mortgage lender who is unethical in loan servicing. RBC Law was very responsive and easy to reach until they received the second of two payments totaling $5,000. After they received payment in full, I was not able to reach anyone on the telephone at RBC Law Offices and I still do not receive return phone calls as promised. This transaction with RBC Law Offices began in January 2015 and they estimated that this lawsuit would be finalized within three months. At this point, I just want the money I paid to RBC Law Offices refunded and I will work with my lender myself.Desired Settlement: Refund of $5,000 which is the payment I made to RBC Law Offices to represent me.

Review: My house is in foreclosure and I hired RBC LAW Center to help. I paid them $5000.00 dollars. RBC Law Center was suppose to include me in a class action law suit as soon as they received the $5000.00. I submitted to them a completed loan modification packet that they intern submitted to Ocwen, our loan servicer. My wife and I have submitted several loan packets over time. RBC was to sue the lender, if they turned us down again with the 14 other applicants that they said they were representing. I talked to Brian. Ocwen denied the loan modification and RBC LAW CENTER completely disappeared. I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone and no one is returning my callsDesired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of my $5000.00. RBC Law Center did NOT sue anyone on my behalf, nor have they returned any of my call. I also left calls for Kelly, Nelson and Jessica. Jessica was suppose to be my attorney. I hae NEVER spoken to her. EVER

Review: Every time I call there office all I get is there voice mail and they say we will call you back within 24 hours. But they never do call back.Desired Settlement: I want to have a number where I can call and talk to someone live everytime I call.
