We are aware of Miss [redacted] 's complaint, She never actually notified us directly or have we ever spoke over the phone but we were alerted to her issue thru online review sites that notified us Once we received notice of her issue we contacted her via email as she left no contact info at the time, her responses were of extreme profanity and are so bad I can't post them here!Miss [redacted] never called us or notified us directly, appon further research om her issue it turns out there is a known issue with sub frames on [redacted] s and [redacted] some of which are under factory recall After looking into it further I had found a new sub frame available for $and even though Miss [redacted] was completely unreasonable, I forwarded the info to her She responded only with profanity (copies are available) and accused us of taping over her damage which we explained that the car was used when we got it too Even though her car was bought more then months ago and was completely out of warranty we still offered to work with her to resolve the Dodge factory defect but she had explained in no uncertain terms that it was more important to bash us online then get help from us so we have discontinued contact with her As as we have said in emails to her that her and only her is keeping her issue with her car from being resolved We wish no further contact with her at this time as we have exhausted all efforts at trying to get her to be respectful without profanity to us
