Lobel Financial has contacted the customer’s insurance company, Western General, and received the appropriate information for insurance coverage We have verified that the customer’s coverage for the financed collateral became effective on 4-19-through 5-20-and was reinstated on 5-27- Coverage is currently valid until 10-19- We have made the necessary adjustments to the customer’s account and notified the customer directly on 6-23-

Lobel Financial has thoroughly reviewed the customer’s complaint and account in detail The financed collateral was repossessed on for the amounts owed for his March, April, May and June payments While the customer has consistently reflected insurance coverage throughout the term of the loan, our office did generate notices in the event we received notices issued by the insurance company informing us of cancellations and/or expired coverage From the inception of the loan, the customer’s account has only been billed for a lapse in coverage from 5-2-to 5-21-Upon receipt of the customer’s complaint, our office contacted the customer’s insurance company, SafeAuto We have since confirmed that the policy only lapsed for days in June of but had coverage for the periods in May of and have made the necessary adjustments to the customer’s account As the financed collateral was repossessed solely for non-payment of the delinquent amounts owed since March and amounts billed for physical damage protection had no bearing on the status of his account, our office would be unable to refund any monies If the customer is interested in redeeming the collateral he should contact our office immediately to discuss his options

Lobel Financial maintains the position as stated in our original response Our office placed a request with the credit bureaus on 5-to delete the tradeline from her credit As our office can only confirm what action we took and cannot control when the credit bureaus process such a request, she is welcome to contact the credit bureaus directly for additional confirmation to verify our office’s request to delete her tradeline

Hello,Please find our response in reference to complaint ID [redacted] below: Lobel Financial has reviewed the customer’s account and complaint in detail Upon contacting the seller regarding the customer’s complaints, the dealership has paid off the customer’s loan in full The customer has a zero balance with our office and the tradeline account with Lobel Financial has been deleted from her credit Thank you

Management has reviewed the customer’s account in detail The financed collateral was repossessed on for breach of contract as the customer failed to pay the first payment listed on the installment contract The customer was provided redemption information verbally and written documentation detailing the amounts necessary to recover the financed collateral was also mailed to the address on file We have also reviewed the agreements with the customer as disclosed on the installment contract that he signed at the time of the purchase Our office has spoken with the customer on multiple occasions following his complaint and confirmed he is unable to redeem the collateral

While Lobel Financial’s records do not reflect the claims stated in the complaint, we do want to express our concern for the issue and assure the complainant that we take such statements very seriously and act accordingly to rectify
