Mark helped me pick out the right counter top to fit my needs, and backsplash that tied to give it and amazing look. I absolutely love my new kitchen remodel. Would recommend RBS Kitchen to everyone. I just love my new kitchen and bathroom that Mark B[redacted] of RBS Kitchen and Bath designed for me. He listened to what I wanted, designed, implemented and completed a stunning remodel to my new condo. I am in heaven now and enjoy it so much. Thank you RBS. It would not have been easy without all of your expertise. I will use your business again and again for my next phases of remodeling.

I had my kitchen floors tiled and my countertops replaced by RBD Kitchen Design Center and I must say that the workmanship of the countertop and flooring guys was outstanding as was the customer service we received from the design staff. [redacted], the owner pulled out the previous countertops, removed the trim, removed the appliances, installed a brace for the countertop and reinstalled th trim and appliances when the job was completed. The issues we ran into were basically everything that [redacted] performed himself:

1. The dishwasher that [redacted] installed leaked

2. The garbage disposal [redacted] installed leaked and the drain is completely off center

3. The utility sink [redacted]l installed leaked and is not anchored in anyway except for one glob of epoxy which did not stick.

4. The trim work was terrible ([redacted] solution was to redo one section with new trim I supplied and charged me $50.00)

5. The panel [redacted] put on the peninsula at a charge of $170.00 was slapped on over the existing panel and an excessive amount of nails were inserted everywhere including six nails in one corner without any wood filler so I will have to have that redone

6. The braces on the counter are way off center and 3 different types of screws that were used braces made it look ridiculous [redacted] solution was to trim it out the braces and charge me $214.88)

7. [redacted] put large rectangular holes 3 inches high and 6 inches across in my wall when removing the previous counter top and patched them with filler which still has holes in it

8. [redacted] cracked the cabinets under the counter in several places when removing the counter

9. Neither of my laundry room closet doors will close and the rollers on one door were lost

10. The granite slab on the left side of the range is ½ inch shorter than the slab on the right and is much darker (I suspect it was left over from a prior job as in the samples we looked at last year’s versiou of this granite was darker)

11. In removing the refrigerator [redacted] did it himself and scratched and dented my new hardwood floors in the dining room where the refrigerator was installed temporarily while the floor was being done.

In remitting payment I did try to point out the issues we had and did not want to pay for things that I felt were done incorrectly. The response I received from [redacted] were terse voice messages to my wife and I threatening to put a lien on my property. To avoid such an extreme measure I made payment in full, which I had delivered by express mail the following morning. If not resolved it is my intention to pursue legal action.

Needless to say we had a wonderful experience with all of your staff right up to the point where you personally did the finishes and when you contacted my wife and I with your condescending and threating messages.
