Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: After posting the foregoing review, I received an apologetic email from the company regarding the entire matter The problem apparently arose following from an internal miscommunication surrounding the original product order on August I have, therefore, rejected this latest response from IL Health & Beauty Natural Oils Co., Incto allow them an opportunity to respond with this information for the record Regards, J [redacted]

This business response was received by Revdex.com via email and is a copy/paste by staff member **. we completed the repair for *** at our cost and she picked up the vehicle yesterday, the issue was a fuse box module that is prone to fail from a factory defect, it affects the compass, caliber and patriotwe did suggest to her to use the warranty and take it back to jeep and have them install and program a brand new one with a jeep factory warranty on it, as it may or may not fail againif you have any questions please call me anytime ***

The response given by the business is self-serving and disingenuous.  The item was not lost by the USPS, as verified by tracking.  As was already detailed in this complaint, the item was successfully delivered per shipping label; and then to an incorrect shipping address in an entirely different city.  Further, involvement of the Revdex.com would not have been necessary had the business given the common courtesy of a response to any of several communications from the customer in timely address of the issue as it unfolded.  That clearly stated, I will now accept refund of the full purchase price per complaint as closure of this matter.

We sent the package to:J[redacted]We did let her know that USPS can lose packages. We are willing to work with her on this and submit a full refund. We truly appreciate our customers and want them to be satisfied.

customers that ever have any issues. We were not made aware of any issues until the day she came to pick up the title from us on monday 2/12/18. She had let us know that the alternator went bad and she had it replaced at great lakes in I believe ashtabula. [redacted] does have a warranty through Diamond Warranty Company that she purchased. At that time She mentioned the issues that were listed in the complaint. The warranty does also cover high end electrical issues. on 1/17/18 when she had stopped in to drop off paper work needed for funding with the bank she made no mention of any issues when I asked how the vehicle was doing, she is stating on the complaint that the problems occurred on 1/11/18. we are more than willing to take a look, diagnose and fix any issues she may have. We are unable to do it for free as she is seeking, due to the as-is agreements, we may be able to file with her warranty company or a goodwill acknowledge repair as we strive to do the right thing for our customers. we have worked very hard to build a great reputation with our community.
