***'s agreement to pay $a month until the bill is paid off is fine Her son did try to make other payment arrangements to charge his credit card instead of hers (both were left with us to collect the balance due) The sons credit card was always declined and yesterday came up as invalid card That is why we charged her card which was the primary card left when the work was done We were trying for several months to work out payment arrangements with the son but eventually he stopped returning phone calls We also tried several times to contact *** [redacted] says she never got the messages - I believe her but I am no liar We have run this business for years and have a great following and better reputation $50/month is fine with us - I am glad to help spread out the payments to help her out Sincerely, [redacted]
