I was completely satisfied with the quality, expediency and price of service provided by RC's. My car broke down on the highway. He picked it up and had it repaired by the next day. I would recommend this auto repair company.

I visited this business for repairs for my vehicle. Their sign indicated a certain amount for diagnostic testing for what is wrong with the vehicle. The sign also indicates that price is a minimum and could ultimately increase. After discussing that, they told me if I got the vehicle fixed I would not be charged the diagnostic fee, so I left the vehicle in their possession. Upon returning to the business, I was told that I would indeed have to pay the diagnostic fee as well as the repairs. I was also then told that the pricing guide was not correct, the minimum attached to the diagnostic was not correct, it was a ploy to other customers who he said, "wanted work for nothing". I then informed him that if was told the correct procedure for the deception that was the pricing guide, I would not have left the vehicle there or would have used their services at all. Telling me the truth would have indicated to me that if they can't find or takes many attempts in finding out what was wrong could potentially cost me anything they decided to charge me instead of what the pricing guide displayed or what they told me. Any deception in a business is cause for concern with any other business matters with that particular business. While discussing this matter with the owner, the employees entered into the office area to yell, curse, scream and berate about the untruths he told me. I proposed that we could split the difference, they pay half and I pay the other half as it may have been a misunderstanding. As he invaded my personal space accompanied by the berating I was receiving, I asked the owner to tell them ( 2 of them) to leave as they were becoming increasingly violent and threatening, and the owner was unable to get them to leave. As it became 3 against one in such a violent environment I was forced to pay what I was told I did not have to pay. This also indicated to me that this was not a honest mistake, but a business practice that they engage in, on a regular basis.Product_Or_Service: REPAIRSDesired SettlementI would like to be refunded the diagnostic testing I paid that I was told I was not required to pay. I would even be open to a refund of half of the cost along with an apology and a commitment to honesty and a correct and truthful pricing guide.Business Response the customer was the one who was cursing and getting loud he was told there was a 55.00 diagnostic fee but he wanted to get his on part and I told him we do not put on parts that we don't buy ,the bottom line is he wanted something for nothing,this is d.s.s.thank you very much.
