I am rejecting this response because:It's not true he lied to my mother said he'd be back to fix needed another part! I then called to find out what was going on and he called me a pig, said my home had millions of roaches it does not, then he threatenedto come to my home and kick my ***I don't know were he got his manorsBut my home warranty old republic sent someone out and they are fixing it!!! This guy is a lier and fraud!!

This customer was told after the bottom of the dishwasher was removed that he would have to get rid of the roaches that were all over the underside of the dishwasher by the motor hidden from plain site That’s when the techs told him we would have to come back after they were gone and the
roach spray that they had sprayed all over everything was gone so it would be better to work on the appliance When the techs came in I then called the warranty company and informed them what had happened they told me they would not cover the repair and they would advise the customer Shortly after getting off the phone with the warranty company I received a call from the home owner and was told I need to get my a** back out and fix his dishwasher I explained the warranty company denied the repair there was nothing we could do The customer blew up and started yelling he did not have bugs I was full of st and I need to learn how to treat the customer they always number on and always right he was baligerant and started yelling and using the F word every other comment I got angry and said Amsco yelled back he asked how old I was I said why that has nothing to do with the problem he said it was to kick my a** I then hung up the phone after I told him I was This was all blown way out of place by both parties but this customer has many issues and that is not going to makep things better to be treated like that are threatened the customer has turned everything around and trying blame myself for the conversation and that is not right I’m sure he has a bug problem are he would not have had a can of roach spray right at hand under the cabinet so he could start killing them We would have repaired it just like the dryer if it was a clean and safe situation but who wants to work in poison sprayed every where and roaches running all over everything not us To final this we are bound by the warranty cumpany as to what we can and can’t fix
